Shipping policy

1. Shipping Carrier

We ship all orders through India Post.We currently offer delivery to locations across India.

2. Prepaid Orders Only

We accept prepaid orders only. No Cash on Delivery (COD) options are available. Please ensure that all payments are completed at the time of purchase.

3. Processing Time

After your order has been placed and payment has been received, please allow up to 5 days for your order to be processed and dispatched. Processing times may vary during peak periods or due to unforeseen delays.

4. Estimated Shipping Times

The delivery time for your order depends on your location. Estimated shipping times are as follows:

- Within Kerala: 3 to 5 business days

- Outside Kerala:5 to 7 business days

- Northeast India: 7 to 14 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary depending on factors such as weather, public holidays, or other disruptions. We will keep you informed of your order's progress and share tracking details once the item has been dispatched.

 5. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of your parcel. Please refer to the following breakdown for shipping costs:

- Up to 500g:₹50

- 500g to 1000g: ₹70

- 1000g to 1500g: ₹90

- 1500g to 2000g:₹110

Shipping costs will be automatically calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order.

6. Tracking Information

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email or message with tracking information. You can use this information to track your order through the India Post website or app.

7. Shipping Delays and Responsibility

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, please note that we are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping provider, India Post. Any delays, mishaps, or issues that arise after the parcel has been dispatched are beyond our control. However, we will assist you in following up with India Post to resolve any concerns.

8. Undeliverable Packages

In the rare event that a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or any other reason, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
